Providence Regional Medical Center Everett hosted a free cancer screening and resource event for community members to learn about cancer prevention, schedule a screening mammogram, get checked for skin cancer and receive resources and information from community partner organizations. The event was held Saturday, July 27 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the first floor of the Pavilion for Women and Children at 900 Pacific Ave. in Everett. Language interpreters were onsite to assist anyone with translation. Resource booths were set up throughout the event including the Cancer Partnership, Citrine Health, Snohomish County Energy Assistance Program, and several others. Check out photos from last year’s event. We are already looking forward to next year’s event!
