City of Mukilteo Employee Health Resource Fair

One stop shop for resources

The City of Mukilteo held its annual employee health resource fair, with Providence Regional Medical Center Everett onsite, representing our Trauma and Injury Prevention department and the Institute for a Healthier Community. Our Trauma and Injury department supplied information for Stop the Bleed as well as flyers for some of their upcoming classes for the community. Providence Institute for a Healthier Community had tabletop Plinko for attendees, a miniture version of the one you would see on The Price Is Right game show, encouraging engagement by asking questions related to stress management, the importance of prioritizing mental health, and how positive relationships and social connections impact mental health. Hand sanitizers, first-aid kits, and chapsticks were used as giveaways for those who stopped by, and resource materials for www.LiveWellLocal.org where folks can find local resources in Snohomish County. Attendees were encounraged to enter a raffle drawing for prizes.
