Our Health Education and Promotion (HEP) Team attended the City of Snohomish Community Resource Fair, this past Saturday, sharing key health education information, from stroke prevention and awareness and trauma injury prevention. In partnership with the City of Snohomish, WA DOH Care-A-Van was onsite providing vaccination services, including blood pressure and blood sugar screenings, available to all event attendees at no cost.
