Any individuals and organizations in the community that care about well-being are invited to become PIHC Partners. Partners receive access to The Partner Portal, an online hub designed to make it easier to connect with PIHC and the well-being community in Snohomish County. Both individuals and organizations are invited to join.

This year Snohomish County’s overall wellbeing score trended up for the first time since 2021, and motivation to change also increased slightly. Top impacts on overall well-being included physical health, emotional well-being, a sense of purpose and meaning, and financial security proved to be more of a factor on well-being levels than in year’s past. In addition, feelings of community influence and of community belonging trended down. 39% reported worries abound basic need and the top social needs remained that same; education or training to get the job/income needed; access to healthcare and struggles to pay bills like power and water.

Veterans Day: Monday, Nov. 11th
Each year on November 11th, the United States honors our military veterans holding space for reflection and show gratitude for the sacrifices made by those of our armed forces. Diabetes Awareness
November is Diabetes Awareness month and for this month we’re focusing on the mental health side of diabetes because folks with diabetes are 2-3x more likely to have depression than those without. Diabetes isn’t just physical, the mind-body connection between diabetes and mental health is important as thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and attitudes affect the body and whole person health. Cold Weather Shelters
Cold Weather Shelters typically open when overnight temperatures are expected to be 34 degrees F or lower. The cold weather season begins in November and lasts through March of the following year. Find cold weather shelters here.
