Sepsis Awareness

This month we stand up bringing awareness to sepsis and holding space for World Sepsis Day

This month we stand up bringing awareness to sepsis and holding space for World Sepsis Day, Friday September 13th. We want our community to know the signs and symptoms of sepsis, so no one has to unnecessarily suffer from this life-threatening condition.

When it comes to sepsis, it’s about TIME – Temperature, Infection, Mental Decline, Extremely ill.

Caregivers and community members had the opportunity to spin the Sepsis Wheel or play the Sepsis Dice Game, answering true or false questions about signs and symptoms of sepsis so folks in our communities know when to seek emergency care, and win a prize!
