Providence Intervention Center for Assault and Abuse (PICAA) and Providence Institute for a Healthier Community (PIHC) partnered with City of Marysville for their annual Trick or Treat Down Delta Ave., in the heart of downtown Marysville. Several local community-based organizations were onsite providing treats for the kids (big and small) and resources for support and information for guardians, parents, family members, and friends. It was a big hit with more than 1,000 trick or treaters participating in all the festivities. Some of the more popular costumes included Spider-Man and Elsa from Frozen. Thank you to City of Marysville for coordinating and inviting us to this event, we look forward to next year!
